The LCD projector in the Executive Conference Room on the 34th floor displays the projected image with a bright red background.  The lamp will need to be replaced.   At the same time the projection lamp is replaced, the unit will be serviced

If you have meetings scheduled in the Executive Conference Room today or tomorrow, you may want to change your room or reserve the portable LCD.

To reserve the portable LCD:
Its a resource, so you reserve it just as you now reserve conference rooms.
Create an appointment, click Rooms . . . search the Global Internal address book for Exec Port LCD, pick that line item and add it to your meeting.

The portable LCD is stored in the tall cabinet in my cube, lakeside on the 34^th Floor
