Ask Mr. Milo Employee of the Month - April 2007

Ask Mr. Milo is proud to announce the selection of Safety Officer Joseph DiBernardo as our April 2007 Employee of the month.   The award was presented at the monthly all-hands meeting on April 2^nd, 2007. 

As a safety officer, Joe works to instill Ask Mr. Milo’s safety-first philosophy in business capacity owners, staff, customers and the local public. “It’s wonderful and I’m humbled to receive this honor ahead of my peers who do so much to promote safety at Ask Mr. Milo,” said DiBernardo, who is known for ending every phone conversation with a safety message. “You never know when it will click and make someone take a few extra steps toward safety.”

Often found at the Sacramento Arco Arena racing his custom Toyota Series 8 forklift at the monthly Jam and Lift Trials, Joe is far from being just another corporate drone.   “I moved to the Series 8, 3.5 ton internal combustion counter balance model this year because of its superior ergonomics, safety and reduced life cycle costs.  The Series 8 is truly a magnificent machine” added Joe.  “The real test will be at the 2007 Kalmar Warehouse Invitational in Alberta where I have a realistic shot at being a top finisher in the two ton and over class."
