Macy recently completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University During her free time, Ms. Shia is an avid B.A.S.E. jumper, and conducts an annual seminar at Free Fall University in Ocaña, Spain. She has completed over 160 jumps, including the Eiffel Tower and Half Dome in 2005 and in May 2006 was the first woman to jump from Angel Falls in Venezuela. .
