Philip A. Kloot - Ask Mr. Milo January 2008 Employee of the Month

Ask Mr. Milo Employee of the Month - January 2008
Philip A. Kloot

It is with great pleasure that Ask Mr. Milo, Inc. announces that Phil Kloot has been named as the recipient of the first Employee of the Month Award in 2008.   Phil heads our facility maintenance department and has worked at Ask Mr. Milo for over eight years.

Phil is committed to the success of our organization as demonstrated not only through his competence and longevity of employment, but also in his congenial attitude, extraordinary spirit, and unquestionable integrity.  He is an inspiration to all of us.

"Phil is a key resource for resolving operational, electrical and mechanical problems at One Ask Mr. Milo Plaza," stated one of his nominators.

When not at work, Phil spearheads the Alamo Peregrine Falcon Restoration Program. Young falcons are raised and released on Mt. Diablo near the Alamo Preserve with the goal of "imprinting" them to return with their mates.

In recognition of being the January 2008 Employee of the Month, Phil has received the blue placard that will allow him to park during the month of January, in one of two blue and white parking stalls immediately adjacent to the main entrance to One Ask Mr. Milo Plaza.
