CPO Leadership Change

The role of the IT Chief Process Officer has been defined as leading the IT organization in executing and institutionalizing quality processes and methodologies across Ask Mr. Milo, Inc.  While Susan Roy has made progress in assessing and defining methodologies, she has decided to step away from her CPO role and investigate other opportunities within the company.

As an interim measure, the office of the CPO and its functions will be led by Robert Bilge, Vice President, Business Management and Operations (BMO).   Jack Little, who currently handles executive oversight within the BMO, including responsibilities for CPO and BMO linkages, will provide operational leadership. Jack will focus on assessing CPO strategy, reviewing current projects, and ultimately providing recommendations and support to accelerate the work of driving measurable outcomes around business process improvement.

Information Technology remains committed to focus on this critical role, and we will begin the search for a new CPO immediately.  Please join me in thanking Robert, and Jack your support as they take on this additional function.

Regards,
T. Lindley
