Subject:     Carpool Decal Changes

We have been issuing parking tickets to carpoolers who are parked in carpool spaces without the proper decal color or no decal at all.  These tickets are now getting registered with Parking Administration and soon, monetary fines will be issued in order to resolve this problem.

The color sticker that will expire on December 31, 2007 is a "pea green" color sticker.  All of you who have registered for continuing your carpooling privileges should have already received your new sticker and that color is "brown".

There is an assortment of decal colors in many of the vehicles that we noted today ranging from yellows, purples, blues, etc.....  all those stickers are no longer valid and you will be "issued" a ticket.

I just spoke to Nancy Grass, the carpool coordinator, and she tells me that many of our tenants did not register for this new quarter.  If you intend on carpooling, please contact Nancy at x3888 and make sure you get your application in.

We will continue checking daily for the proper decal color which is "pea green" until December 31st and "brown" after that.
