Subject:     Color Printers 32nd and 34th Floors

Please be GENTLE with all the Printers, Copiers, Plotters on the 32nd and 34th floors.

Currently, the Color Printer located on the 34th floor has an issue with the
third drawer that holds 8.5" x 11" paper.  This drawer is very difficult to open and appears that someone has slammed it into place or done some other type of damage.  In addition, the back lever in drawer three is no longer able to lock in place.

Please DO NOT TOUCH the levers in the drawers of the printer/copy machines, etc. as they have all been preset.  Help us keep our machines running smoothly and have a long lifespan.

If you enocunter any problems, please immediately contact me directly, do not attempt to fix the problem yourself.
