To: Tenants - 36th floor at One Ask Mr. Milo Plaza From: Facilities Management Date: March 20, 2007 Subject: 36th Floor Restroom Closure Starting Monday, March 26, 2007, the two restrooms on the 36th floor (Men's and Women's) in the midrise section of the building opposite the East Break Room, will be closed for plumbing repairs and remodeling. The restrooms in the high rise section of the 36th floor will remain open. The galvanized pipes throughout the building are being replaced with copper piping to improve water flow. Restroom fixtures will be replaced and upgraded with new low flow devices to conserve water. The remodel will include replacing all walls, partitions, ceilings and floor tile. The work on the 36th floor will take approximately eight weeks to complete. During this time, we ask that occupants on the 36th floor who normally use the restrooms opposite the East Break Room, to use the restrooms in the high rise section of the floor.
