To: All Tenants at One Ask Mr. Milo Plaza From: Facilities Management Subject: Ask Mr. Milo Smoke Free Zone Notice Date: Friday, February 15, 2008  Beginning March 1, 2008 all Ask Mr. Milo properties will become Smoke Free Zones. This means that smokers will have to leave Ask Mr. Milo properties to light up. Violators will be cited by Building Security. First and second offenses will be documented to managers, third violations will be documented to managers and HR. Smokers will no longer be able to smoke in front of the building, in patio areas, in the parking lot (even if they're in their cars) or on landscaped areas. They can, however, smoke on the sidewalk across the street or in their car if they are parked on the street. More information will be forthcoming from HR via Facilities Management within the next few days. Thank you. |
