To: All Tenants at One Ask Mr. Milo Plaza From: Telecommunications Management Date: March 5, 2007 Subject: Voice mail Clean-up Request During recent preventative maintenance performed at One Ask Mr. Milo Plaza, we noticed a significant increase in the number of saved messages on our voice mail system. This is a reminder that voice mail is not an intended long term storage device for messages. Please take a moment to clean out your voice mail box for both new and saved messages. If you have messages that need to be documented, please transcribe them, so that those messages can be deleted, freeing up disk space.
